Pastor Gino has been happily married to Donna since May 1997.  Pastor Gino and Donna have 2 young adult children Toby and Taylor.  Pastor Gino also has 4 chihuahuas that bark a lot then will lick you to death!  HAHA!   

Donna Bryant is a native of Virginia. She graduated from World Harvest Bible college with a focus on praise and worship. She also holds a master's degree in theology from Bethlehem Christian University. Donna has served in multiple churches as the worship pastor. She has also taught Sunday school, children's church, and assisted in ladies ministries. Donna is married to Pastor Gino and has two children.  Donna loves the Lord and wants to use her gifts to bring Him glory!

Pastor Mark Shanks coordinates and guides the missions outreach of Full Gospel Worship Center.  Pastor Mark has a pastors heart for missionaries and also helps to designate and guide funding to qualifying missions works all over the world.  

Pastor Mark holds credentials with the Assemblies of God and has devoted himself to making disciples of all nations and seeing the Gospel message get to the ends of the earth!

Thank you for checking out our website!  I'm Youth Pastor Albert, or "YP" Albert.  My wife ( Elly ) and I can't wait to meet you!   I have been working with students as an assistant Youth Pastor since my Senior Year  of High School.  I've also helped out in many capacities since then as a substitute Sunday School teacher, wrestling coach, and PE teacher.  I feel God has called me to impact as many students of all ages as possible and change their life through the power of His Word and Wisdom for our lives.  Elly my wife is a key component in the work we do with youth and children and she also assists FGWC in Secretarial duties.  She has loved Jesus since having an encounter with God at a VBS when she was a little girl!  She was invited to VBS by her bus driver who was also a pastor.  God used that small moment in her life to ignite a love for God that has continued to grow!

Deacon Charles Crawley serves Full Gospel Worship Center as Board Member and Benevolence Coordinator.  Deacon Charles is a recently retired Shipbuilder.  His heart to mentor the younger generation has shown up in his vocation and his church!  Deacon Charles visits and prays for the sick, helps the less fortunate, and teaches God's word.  Deacon Charles' famous statement is (Give people their flowers while they are alive!)  Deacon Charles is married to Mrs. Debra Crawley who has and is impacting many lives in the Newport News School System and by leading Girl Scouts.  This couple is a great blessing to Newport News!  Now a days you may see Deacon Charles and Mrs. Debra being pulled around stores, playgrounds, or the church by one of their grand or great grand-children!   

Debra is a Vermont transplant to Virginia.  She has a heart for God's people, missions, youth, and young adults!  Debra works as a Paralegal for a law office doing Estate Planning and is also a wife, mother, and grandmother.  Debra's faith has been tried many times but God keeps showing up!  Debra handles purchasing and housekeeping duties at the church.  Debra brings great strength to the Church Board with resources and wisdom to guide God's work!  Any Sunday that you join us at FGWC you may just see her doing a dramatic Monologue that would bless your soul and inspire your faith! 

Tammy  has deep roots in the Pentecostal Faith.  She was raised around the Fire of God's presence. Her mother Pat and father Jimmy are/were both fervent servants of the Lord!   Tammy is  an intercessor and prayer warrior.  Tammy is Married to Mark Moore and handles a lot of the administrative duties for Moore Builders Inc.  Tammy is a FGWC Church Board member and key component in the ministry at FGWC.  Tammy helps her wonderful sister Rhonda Schultz coordinate the Usher's and Greeters ministry.   Tammy is a lifelong resident of the Tidewater/Peninsula area.  She has a son Justin, daughter in law Megan, and wonderful granddaughter named Hailey!  Who she loves with all her heart.  Tammy is lover of people and animals!  On any day you may catch her feeding a stray animal or taking food to the homeless!  She is a great blessing!   

Allyson Pigford serves Full Gospel as Board member and Ladies Ministries President.  She comes from a family with a long line of love for the Assemblies of God.  With dear Grandparents who helped fund the starting of new Assemblies of God churches.  Her family has always sacrificed to serve others.  She is also a retired Mental Health Nurse and still looks out for all those she loves.  She brings a wealth of wisdom to the Church Board with her  Administrative expertise.  A wonderful statement she made a few months ago  sticks out and I believe will bless you now:  God doesn't miss a detail!  She is married to Jimmy Pigford and they have 3 wonderful grandchildren ( Vivian, Conner, and Carson ) that keep them busy!
