The Mentors Prayer for those being impacted: 

Father God, You accomplish Your greatest preparation work through mentoring relationships!  Relationships like Paul and Timothy, Naomi and Ruth, Elijah and Elisha, and Jesus and His disciples gives me great hope for mentoring others.    

Father, help me to pour into ____________ all that can help.  Help me to see the needed wisdom __________ may lack.  Help me to make the encouragement, wisdom, and guidance palatable and work hand in hand with You Lord to develop them in Christlikeness.  Father, let my encouragement, instruction, and wisdom be on time for _______________.  Father, I don't push or dominate __________with this opportunity.  Father, I work with You to gracefully flow in this relationship to mentor _____________.  It is a pleasure to serve You by pouring wisdom into _______________!  

Father, cause __________to know my heart is for his/her success and best interest. Help me to work hand and hand with You Lord as to not be to slow offering the wisdom, and not being to aggressive offering wisdom. Let me work with You and be exactly what is needed.

Father, help me to know my opportunity with ___________. Father, help me to be received in that my heart for ___________ is they would accomplish and succeed 1000 times more than me.  I want their best interest and if I can be part of helping them along the way it is a win for me and for You Lord!  

Father, I pray for _________________ and I thank you for the opportunity to work hand in hand with You to expedite and accelerate _________'s wisdom in life, wisdom in spiritual things, wisdom in their business and job, and any other way I can serve them. Father, help me to help them have a leg up on success, victory, and spiritual growth!  

I pray that _____________________ would gain the victory in every battle they are facing.  That they would overcome carnal desires and put their affections on Your Purposes!  

I pray that ___________ would know how to defeat the enemy and would tread upon the enemy!  I pray ______________ would journey with Hinds Feet on High Places in Jesus Name!  

God give _________________ wise decision making!  Father, help ___________ to know the way things work in life, relationships, business, spiritual growth, and more. Father, cause wisdom to enter ___________'s heart for them to grow rapidly in the person You have ordained them to be!

Father, give __________ a word in season that will lift them today!  Give __________________ self control in eating, money, driving, speaking, spending, and with their time.  

Father, I ask you to uproot all over indulgence, all negative processing, all thinking that is sabotaging __________'s success.  Give _________________handfuls on purpose along this growth path.  Give ________ a blessing and joyful experience when they see the things we discuss working for them.  

I declare Satan has to get behind me and ________ in Jesus Name!  No devil is going to sabotage or bring division between me and ____________.  I ask you Lord that _____________ would reach out to me and ask questions so I can know where the desire is and I can pour Your wisdom into their heart and mind.  

Father, cause wisdom to enter __________'s heart!  Father, bring forth Your divine purpose in _____________’s life!   Stir up the Gift’s of God in ___________!   Formulate and develop ________'s gifts!  Help ___________ to know how Your gift’s work in their life!  

Let the Hand of God be seen in _____________’s life!   Cause my words to be healing and life to them as I speak Your will and word into them!   Help me to pull out of their heart the deep purposes and deep desires You have placed in them!  Help me to open opportunities for _________ to serve and use their gifts!  

Cause Your glory to increase in ___________’s life!   Cause __________________ to be a light everywhere they go!  Cause __________ to invite people to attend and eventually join the church!  Bless _________ for obedience and unity!   Cause my voice to be a life line for _____________ towards Your purpose getting fulfilled in their life!  

Father, I declare in _______________'s life, that You would plant honor in place of dishonor, love in place of hate, hope in place of despair, diligence in place of laziness, self control in place of over-indulgence, discipline in place of laziness, work in place of sloth, determination in place of half hearted, fiery love and passion of the Holy Ghost in place of waning interest and indifference.

I declare ______________ loves God with all their heart, soul, and mind.  I declare ______________ is focused and determined to fulfill Your will!    I declare a fully converted heart for Christ in _______________.  I declare _______________ forsakes carnal ways.  I declare _____________________ does not rest on their laurels but is aware, active, and vigilant against the enemy.  

God I ask you to heal _____________'s soul wounds and heal and reverse all that sin, rebellion, indifference, and ignorance has caused in ___________'s life.    I ask You to fulfill Your will in ____________'s life.  I pray in _____________'s life that Your Kingdom would come and Your will would be done!  In JESUS NAME!  AMEN
